Abayomi is the Executive Director of LaFam Facility Management Limited in charge of Finance and Strategies. He holds a .BSc. Degree in Economics from Olabisi Onabanjo University and a Post Graduate Certificate in Finance from University of Leicester (UK). A Fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN) and an Associate Member of the following other institutes; Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), Chartered Institute of Securities & investment (CISI-UK) as well as Chartered Institute of Stock brokers. He joined LaFam with his wealth of experience in asset management from VERITAS (Zenith) Registrars Limited where he was the Head of Compliance Department. He was previously the Head of Internal Control and Audit of the same company and with Zenith Bank PLC from 2007-2011 as Resident Auditor. He worked with the Intercontinental Securities Limited from 2005-2007 where he joined Zenith Bank and was at a time an Associate (Audit/Tax) at LF&Co. (A firm of Chartered Accountants).


Adetunji Aina is a resourceful professional and facility management consultant with wealth of experience optimizing facilities/construction and property management for firms within diverse sectors through outstanding senior-level management, technical and leadership expertise for over 15 years. A facility management ambassador who holds the globally recognized professional designation, Facility Management Professional (FMP) of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA); a member of IFMA Nigeria Chapter and the Nigerian Institute of Town Planners (NITP). He has a B-Tech. (Hons.) in Urban and Regional Planning from LadokeAkintola University Nigeria and has attended several professional training courses in the UK, UAE and locally on sustainable development and facility management operations under the aegis of UNCHS-HABITAT, CPD and IFMA to mention a few. He was formally a member of the senior management team at 1004 Estate Limited as the Senior Manager Facilities where he was saddled with the responsibility of managing the facility’s (operations and maintenance) for 1070 apartments’ in the Estate, the biggest Estate in sub-Saharan Africa. He transformed facility operations with multi-purpose performance and significant contribution in maximizing the company’s growth, effective control of operational costs, cultivation of high margin opportunities and introduction of targeted process improvements like Standard Operating Procedure, FM enabling technology and vendors/ contract management to mention a few. He joined LaFam from Meshach Facility Management Limited where he was the General Manager, Facilities with track record of operational acumen and other corporate services. In his current role, he is accountable for providing comprehensive facility management solutions to all LaFam business Operations.


Abimbola is responsible for maintaining, leading and enhancing LaFaM Human Resources programs and policies with in-depth of knowledge of Labour Law, Compensation, organizational planning and development, employee development and HR best practices. Abimbola holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Economics from Covenant University, Nigeria as well as certifications in, Human Resource Management, Project Management and Customer Service. An HR personnel of seven years of professional experience in the public and private sectors with successes in implementation of performance evaluation process, managed recruitment project, development of new hire orientation and maintaining pay plan benefits program. In her present role, she develop, implement and manage Performance Appraisal systems that drives high performance in line with LaFaM policies and evaluating system results with users and commitment to the development of leading 21st Century Workforce.
